Jameela Jamil is finally bringing Titania to the MCU in Marvel’s upcoming Disney Plus She-Hulk series and this could be our first look at the star donning the character’s signature look.

The seamless expansion of the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues throughout this year through Marvel Studios’ inspired use of the Disney Plus streaming service, proving that the shared universe of superheroes is equally as formidable on the small screen as the big one.

Moon Knight was the first installment to make its presence felt on the service, while Ms. Marvel is currently airing each Wednesday. That said, one of the many upcoming MCU shows we can look forward to is She-Hulk. Featuring Tatiana Maslany in the titular role, the show will see Jennifer Walters transformed into the Jade Giantess as she follows in the footsteps of her incredible cousin Bruce Banner. And yes, Mark Ruffalo is set to reprise his role as Dr. Banner and his alter-ego (but that might not be the only place we see Ruffalo’s Hulk in the near-future).

The first teaser trailer was released on Disney Plus Day but that undoubtedly only scratches the surface of what fans can expect from the show. The villain of the piece is believed to be none other than She-Hulk’s comic book archenemy Mary McPherran, a.k.a. Titania.

Playing the role is Jameela Jamil and the star took to social media a little while ago to share a photo of herself that potentially gives fans their first look at her in character. Is it from the set of She-Hulk? Or is it just a fun preview of what’s to come? Who knows, but what we do know is that she looks amazing with that Titania hairstyle!

In the photo, which Jamil posted on her social media accounts, the star is seen donning the character’s signature orange hairstyle, winking at the camera. She captioned the photo on Twitter with “Ok Boomer”.

It’s not clear if this is a behind-the-scenes photo from the set of She-Hulk or if she’s donning the signature look from the comfort of her home. Either way, it’s very exciting to get a glimpse of what Titania could look like in She-Hulk!

It’s also unknown if this is Jamil’s actual hairstyle or a wig but it does match up to a recent set photo from set that revealed Titania’s stunt double and Mark Ruffalo’s role in the series.

She-Hulk is expected to arrive sometime in 2022 and this photo has gotten fans even more excited for its release. We can’t wait to see what Jameela Jamil brings to Titania in the series!

Update: Jameela Jamil has since confirmed on social media that the wig isn’t her actual Titania wig from She-Hulk but one that she purchased off the internet. A nice preview of what’s to come from the show nonetheless.

We do, however, now know what Tatiana Maslany’s She-Hulk will look like thanks to official merchandise.

Update: The first trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law has been released, giving us a glimpse of our first look at Jameela Jamil’s Titania.

While Titania is expected to be the main villain of She-Hulk, a new rumor suggests that she will be meeting with The Abomination, though now seemingly in human form as Emil Blonsky once more, who acts as a life coach to her and is ultimately responsible for her transformation into the classic Marvel villain.

Of course, all this is worth taking with a pinch of salt until Marvel actually confirms it themselves, but it is clear that Jameela Jamil’s character will be playing quite a major role in the series. And having now seen her sport an orange wig, fans are even more excited to see her bring Titania to life.
