Supporters making the trip to Stratford for our Premier League fixture against West Ham on Wednesday evening should be aware of the following information...

A reminder that we kick-off at 7.45pm, with gates opening at 6.15pm. Supporters are advised to arrive at least one hour before kick-off and not travel to the stadium without a match ticket.

London Stadium is a public transport destination with a number of services operating at four local stations:

Stratford (15-minute walk from the stadium)

Stratford International (15-minute walk from the stadium)

Pudding Mill Lane (10-minute walk from the stadium)

Hackney Wick (15-minute walk from the stadium)

Supporters are asked to plan their journeys in advance by visiting www.tfl.gov.uk or www.nationalrail.co.uk.

The visitor entrance is located at Turnstile D and supporters are advised to arrive via Bridge 4 (please see map below) where lift access to the entrance is available if required.

Security and bag searches will take place on all bridges leading to the stadium.

Supporters are reminded of recent announcements regarding anti-social behaviour at football matches, including the possession and use of pyrotechnics, smoke bombs and drugs.

Supporters are asked to arrive at least one hour before kick-off to allow for security checks.

All accessible toilets are gender neutral, fitted with RADAR locks and can be found on all levels close to accessible viewing areas. Supporters requiring assistance in unlocking an accessible toilet should contact a steward.

Disabled Supporter Assistants will be present in accessible viewing areas along with Tottenham Hotspur Access Stewards should any support be required.

Concourse catering kiosks will be serving food, hot and cold drinks and alcoholic beverages.

London Stadium is a cashless venue. All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted.

Flags and banners should not obstruct gangways, access routes, health and safety signage, stairways or exits and entrances. Any articles that could potentially used as a weapon or compromise public safety are strictly prohibited.

Bags larger than A4 size will not be admitted to the stadium. Bags will be searched on arrival at the stadium for security reasons.

We are proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away.

We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour which includes shouting, chanting or actions such as racist, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability behaviour is unacceptable. If you witness incidents like these, please report them using the information below.

The Club reserves the right to indefinitely ban supporters found guilty of using discriminatory language.

West Ham United Football Club has a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse or anti-social behaviour of any kind. To report an incident or a concern on matchday please notify the nearest steward or text 07860 404069 with the block, row and seat details and the following code:

FOUL – Language and behaviour RACISM – Racist chanting or shouting HPH – Homophobic chanting DRINK – Drinking alcohol in view of the pitch SMOKE – Smoking in the stadium STAND – Standing up PYRO – Pyrotechnics

Supporters collecting duplicate tickets at the stadium can do so from Window 5 of the North Stand Ticket Office, close to Turnstile J. The Ticket Office opens at 5.45pm.

Duplicate tickets must be requested by emailing ticket.office@tottenhamhotspur.com and will only be provided on production of valid photo ID.

Supporters are reminded that the unauthorised reselling or passing on of tickets is strictly prohibited. In line with the Club's Sanctions & Banning Policy, supporters selling away match tickets above face value will receive an indefinite ban and deduction of all Ticketing Points. Supporters passing on away match tickets equal to face value or less will receive a written warning and a 50% reduction of Ticketing Points.

Supporters unable to attend the match should contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible. The Club shall make best endeavours to reallocate tickets to other eligible supporters and issue refunds upon receipt of originally issued tickets.
