TS-2000 wick waxing machine is suitable for the production of candle wick. After several times of waxing, cooling, re-waxing and re-cooling of cotton threads with different sizes, the finished wicks have smooth surface and its diameter is in accordance with the requirements. It is the device special for the candle factories to produce the wicks.
The motor of this machine adopts the combination fo continuously variable transmission and reducer, which are directly connected to the motor. The aluminum alloy shell has a beautiful and elegant appearance, with the features of high regulartion precision, good heat dissipation, smooth operation, low noise and durable service life.
The machine has the function of automatic temperature regulation, which makes the operation more convenient. the double-control system guarantees safer process of wax melting. The unique continuously variable transmission makes the speed-regulartion more flexible. The aluminum wax-melting groove has the good thermal conductivity and thus makes the operation of wax-malting faster. All parts that touch the wax solution are made of the stainless steel or aluminum, which can prevent from the reaction with the paraffin wax, avoid the erosion and make the cleaning more convenient.
