Dosign 10 feet 3.2 meters large format outdoor printing machine installed Japan Konica 512i 30PL Printhead.
Separate ink pressure system, saving ink and decreasing the cost of the clients.
Ink temperature system.
Large print platform design, can install different quantity of printhead, it is easy and convenient to upgrade.
Can adjust easily the carriage height.
Photoelectricity sensor and automatic correction system.
The platform use suction turbine fan, the suction produced is stronger 200% than the ordinary one, strong suction platform can ensure the material doesn't touch the printhead.
Three-heating system: Pre-heater, printer heater, and after heater. The printhead heater adjust the suitable temperature of the media, increase the printing quality.
The large after printing heating and from dry fan and infrared heating system increase the drying speed.
The printhead heater enables the printer to print at low temperature.
Two rows of drying fans help to dry the printed image, enable it can be rolled up quickly.
